We are seeking a US Events Manager (M/F) to help write the next chapter of Sézane's story. The position is based in our US Headquarters in Los Angeles.

As part of the US Development and Marketing Team, you will collaborate with Sézane’s Global Marketing, Creative, Influence, Logistics, Retail & Development teams to lead the planning and execution of Sézane offline events, with end-to-end responsibility of bringing to life traveling showrooms (Maisons), PR and influence events (breakfasts, lunches, dinners etc), offline marketing projects and in-store special events.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of end-to-end event project planning, management, execution and post-production, including but not limited to:

• Produce, work and host events within Sézane-owned spaces (office, showroom, and retail) and transform external venues into Sézane’s DNA across the US and Canada - continually ensuring all events and activations adhere to Sézane brand standards and established guidelines.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Paris-based creative team to ideate and produce creative event concepts and initiatives in line with the Sézane brand and current growth, marketing and influence strategies. 
• Present post-event reports including budget analysis, KPI tracking, key attendees, etc.
• Represent the brand at sponsored functions across North America and manage relationships with vendors and partners in the US and Canada. 
• Work with Showroom Manager to keep our Los Angeles Showroom ready at all times for weekly appointments and events; assist in hosting stylist, celebrity, and influencer appointments at the space.

Requirements

• Must be Los Angeles based and able to work in person at our West Hollywood office 3 days a week when not traveling for events - Ability to travel up to 30% of your time as needed and comfortable working evenings and weekends when an event takes place.
• Must be ready to be a hands-on event project manager who is comfortable and capable of working with a small team to produce thoughtful, on-brand events and experiences across our audiences and channels. 
• Proven track record managing fast-paced, high-expectations projects from beginning to end and coordinating with internal and external partners and vendors on a large scale. 
• Must be comfortable working across a bi-cultural company with Paris-based creative & marketing teams holding the ultimate responsibility for the creative direction and expression of the brand.

• You're passionate about finding new ways to bring the Sézane magic to life and storytelling through events and experiences.
• No task too big or small attitude. You’re a true team player who’s the first to roll your sleeves up to get things done. 
• You have excellent project management and time management skills; you can see the bigger picture, but you know it's the fine details that really matter.
• Cool under pressure & solution oriented - always one to have a backup plan (or three) and seamlessly adapt plans and logistics accordingly.
• Curious, interested and knowledgeable about local culture and “newness” (arts, artists, design, spaces, venues, restaurants, vendors etc) around the US and Canada, with an eye for timelessness over trends.
• Bilingual (French/English) is a plus but not required.

Salary range: $70,000-$90,000, depending on skills and experience.
