• Monday to Friday
  
• Weekends as needed
  

Requirements

What We re Looking For:

• No Prior Experience Needed! Full training provided to integrate you into our team.
  
• 1 year of solar installation experience is a plus but not required.
  
• Roofing or construction experience preferred.
  
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and power tools is a bonus.
  
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
  
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential!
  

What You ll Do:

• Assist in installing residential and commercial solar systems.
  
• Learn to operate tools run electrical conduit and install wiring.
  
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver highquality installations.
  

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
  
• Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
  
• Solar Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
  

Location & Travel:

• Based in central Phoenix AZ with required travel to job sites. Transportation is provided for jobrelated travel.
  

License/Certification:

• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
