Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the appointment book.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and promotions.
• Process payments and handle cash register operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Support salon staff with daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and salon management software.
• A passion for beauty and wellness is a plus!
