POSITION IS 100% ON SITE IN GARLAND, TX

What you will do:

• Lead the data migration process to SageIntacct from current software package.
• Coordinate timelines and workflows with internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve deadline goals.
• Collaborate across internal teams relevant to the system’s setup & administration to set expectations
• Navigate and communicate migration and implementation roadblocks to direct leadership.
• Deploy and test business critical system integrations.
• Proactively educate team members on updates through presentations & creation of account-specific training material.
• Effectively communicate, assess and navigate change risks alongside the controller and other stakeholders in the organization.
• Ensure consistent and seamless information delivery to SageIntacct by facilitating quality control sessions with appropriate stakeholders.
• Other duties related to the successful rollout of SageIntacct to internal team members, as assigned.

What you will need:

• At least 5 years experience in SageIntacct implementations & accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong project management focus.
• Project management software experience (Monday.com and/or SmartSheet preferred).
• Experience working with SageIntacct integration protocols.
• Proven track record of successful SageIntacct end-to-end implementations, including professional references.
• Experience with accessory accounting systems such as Bill.com and Chargebee.
• PMP certification a plus.
