Our community managers are trained to: show available units, conduct open houses, schedule move-ins and move-outs, coordinate vendors, coordinate maintenance work orders, attend to resident requests, maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of property grounds, prepare and execute leases, rent collection, serve notices and renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager and/or a sales and customer service background
• Excellent credit history is required
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Organized and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Consistent follow through and follow-up skills
• Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word, Craigslist ads & Yardi is a plus)
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws (preferred but not required)
• Honest, energetic with a sense of humor
• Must present a professional appearance and a great attitude
• Demonstrate good leadership skills
• Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection (preferred but not required)
• Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
• Must have means of transportation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Competitive Hourly Rate $16.78 - $17.75
• Compensation: Full-time hourly rate plus a modern one-bedroom townhome valued at $2,025/month
• Bonuses approximately ± $4,000/yearly.
