We're seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our business runs smoothly while creating exceptional client experiences. As a key leader, you'll be responsible for streamlining operations, allowing the Team Leader to focus on marketing and lead generation. Your role will involve building, implementing, and managing various systems, and becoming the go-to expert on transactions, efficiency, and organizational systems. Position Details:

  • Onsite and full-time.
  • Typical work schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

  • Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
  • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information
  • Develop and implement systems and strategies to optimize team productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive improvements and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely completion within budget, enhancing our team’s ability to serve our clients effectively.
  • Drive business growth and scalability with innovative strategies and systems.
  • Champion process improvements for greater operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate a growth-oriented team culture, infused with positivity and a "can-do" attitude.
Qualifications:
  • Real estate license is a bonus
  • Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Proven experience in administration or operations management within a fast-paced environment, real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, profit-loss analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of assisting teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, adept at prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, with a keen eye for optimizing operations.
  • Knowledge of MLS, Lofty CRM, CTM eContracts software & real estate contracts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
