Pediatric Occupational Therapist Role Description :
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to children with diverse developmental and sensory needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the therapist will ensure comprehensive care while providing guidance to parents and caregivers for home-based support.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individualized treatment goals.
* Develop and implement engaging treatment plans to address developmental and sensory challenges.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate therapy goals into overall care plans.
* Provide education and support to parents and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy objectives.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
* Occupational Therapy Degree and Licensure in the state.
* Previous experience working with children in a pediatric setting.
* Knowledge of early intervention strategies and pediatric therapy techniques.
* Certification in Pediatrics or related field preferred.
* Experience with sensory processing disorders and sensory integration interventions is advantageous.
