Work you'll do/Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions
- Mentor engineering team members on technical decision making, code reviews and enforcing engineering practices and standards
- Define standards to guide architectural designs
- Architect and develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or system engineers
- Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers
- Stay current on technology trends and identify ways to innovate
- Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints and long-term software deployments

Qualifications Required - Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of .NET Architecture and development experience and the ability to work and complete tasks independently.
- 8+ years of development experience with MS SQL database environments
- 8+ years of software development in developing web applications and client/server applications
- Experience with Front End technologies such as Angular or React
- Understanding of SDLC development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
- Work within small teams on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments
- Hands on experience with .NET, C#.NET, WPF, WCF, MVC or equivalent .NET solution frameworks
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
