Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our client's eCommerce team!


In this role, you will manage, create, and deploy digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve personalized product recommendations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact through digital marketing and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, create, test, and deploy a variety of eCommerce campaigns and projects.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in line with business objectives.
• Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized product recommendations align with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.
• Partner with teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete and on time.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, with a focus on digital marketing and analytics.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to resolving challenges.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to define, document, and suggest improvements for processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to manage timelines and own deliverables in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solver with a positive attitude and a bias for action when faced with challenges.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including acceptable levels of hearing and vision to perform duties.
