Pickleman’s Gourmet Café, a fast-casual restaurant offering artisan sandwiches, fresh salads, savory soups, thin-crust pizzas, and store-baked chocolate chip cookies, seeks qualified candidates for the position of SHIFT MANAGER.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The  Shift Manager  oversees team members as they serve our customers by guiding them through the ordering process, preparing their orders, and keeping our store in order. Duties involve directing employees in the processes of greeting customers, fulfilling orders,

food preparation, store cleaning and maintenance, and general restaurant duties. Opening and closing of the store is typically performed by a shift manager.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to manage others and to perform general restaurant and customer service duties
• Ability to learn, follow management directions and adapt to business needs and situations
• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Work well with the General and Assistant General Manager
