We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Doorman Security Officer to join our team in Beverly Hills. As a Doorman Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a highly visible presence at the entrance of the property, acting as a deterrent to unauthorized individuals.
• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any security concerns or suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries, directions, and other related needs.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, following established protocols.
• Collaborate with other security team members and property management staff to maintain a cohesive security strategy.
• Keep updated on security procedures and protocols, attending training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security or customer service roles is preferred.
• Valid Guard Card issued by the State of California.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications for generating reports and maintaining logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
