​​​​​This job is a member of the Talent Team within the People/HR Division. This position will be responsible for delivering the best talent with the right combination of skills and experience to drive organizational impact.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Some travel may be required, up to 25%
  • Move and status candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Prepare and organize materials for virtual and Face-to-Face interviews
  • Manage positive internal and external applicant experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries
  • Prepare for class sponsorship, including ordering supplies, printing materials, preparing gift bags, and maintaining inventory
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all data is up to date and accessible for reporting purposes
  • Become an SME on business processes relevant to Talent in Success Factors including Job Requisition, Position IDs, Job Profiles, audits, and ensuring accuracy
  • Assist Talent Recruiter on assigning candidates to classes
  • Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, including hiring events, information sessions, and other
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates, team members, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align on recruitment needs and timelines
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and the candidate experience
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

 

All you'll need for success

 

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational achievement
  • Technologically proficient
  • Exceptional communication skills and understanding of how to serve as a liaison with other departments
  • Understanding of high-volume recruitment
  • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruitment coordinator or analyst role, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.
  • 1+ years in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Experience in the aviation industry
  • Experience in a Recruitment, Training, or Operations support role
  • Prior experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems 
  • Knowledge of Sabre, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet, key Survey
