Job Overview

Assist with the monitoring of progress of clinical studies at investigative sites or remotely, and ensure clinical trials are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH/GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements. As needed, provide administrative support to other CRAs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with remote monitoring, including source document verification and ICF review, as applicable, and complete associated monitoring report
  • Support Study Start Up activities, including but not limited to Debarment Checks, Qualification Waivers, etc., as requested
  • Communicate with sites to ensure adequate study supplies are on hand during enrollment 
  • Assist with facilitation of data query resolution/requests from Clinical Data Management
  • Address protocol questions from sites, in consultation with CPM and study team members, if needed
  • Review and identify issues that sites need to address from the regulatory documents collected from CRA 
  • Assist with closure of pending action items, including requesting/collecting regulatory documents
  • Provide CRAs with a list of missing documents to help prepare for upcoming monitoring visits
  • Assist with conduct and monitoring analytical studies (e.g., Reproducibility, LOD), as requested (local travel may be involved in this instance)
  • Review Reference Lab data for completeness and accuracy (e.g., TriCore)
  • Review QC Logs in real time to look for gaps/failures in QC testing that may impact study testing/results

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences or related field highly preferred, or equivalent
  • >1 year of experience in a Clinical Research environment
  • Ability to instill trust in our customers through a dedicated effort to achieve their goals with quality, speed and efficiency 
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and maintain a professional and caring demeanor
  • Proven ability to take direction, collaborate in a team environment and work independently
  • Must be flexible in adapting to change, with effective time management and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced work environment 
  • Must be punctual, reliable, responsible, creative and highly motivated
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and data evaluation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $67,584 - $101,376 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
