Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Remote Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service and support, handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will use provided tools to document interactions accurately while upholding company policies and maintaining professionalism.

Job Duties:

Perform data entry and typing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Engage in upselling products and services to meet customer needs.
Schedule appointments in accordance with business requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of call center experience, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting.
Clear and professional communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening ability, and empathy.
Exceptional attendance and punctuality record.
Sales experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED required; college education a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
Experience in outbound call environments preferred.
Work-from-Home Requirements:

PC/Laptop with Windows 10 operating system (Apple/Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible).
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
USB-connected headset and webcam.
Quiet, distraction-free workspace conducive to remote work.
