In this role, you'll provide top-notch service to our customers, make outbound calls, and document interactions accurately. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls related to various programs and projects.
Capture and enter data accurately.
Upsell products and services effectively.
Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer setting.
Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions.
What We're Looking For:

At least one year of call center experience, including working with automatic dialers and call scripting.
A clear, professional, and friendly voice.
Excellent people skills, including active listening and strong communication.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Sales experience is a plus.
High School diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and proficiency.
Experience in an outbound call environment is preferred.
Work-from-Home Requirements:

PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required).
USB-connected headset.
Webcam.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (including pets and children).
