Summary of Position:

We are seeking remote customer service representatives who are customer-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality service. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction is documented accurately while upholding company policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

Perform data entry and typing tasks efficiently.
Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
Schedule appointments in a professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum one year of experience in a call center environment, including use of automatic dialers and call scripting.
Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills.
Strong active listening and people skills.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Sales experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in outbound environments.
Work from Home Requirements:

PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
